Pre-Kindergarten Information Data System (PKIDS)

Helping you track your earliest learners

The Pre-Kindergarten Information Data System (PKIDS) (demo) is available for school districts and educational service centers to purchase and use to track student achievement data.  The tool was created to allow preschool teaching staff and administration to enter student performance data into a web-based system.  Educators may then view "instant" aggregated results in chart form.

The tool provides result charts by student, student/class and total program for the following Ohio Department of Education-required assessments:

  • Get it, Got it, Go
  • ASQ/SE
  • Early Childhood Outcomes Summary
  • Brigance Screening

PKIDS also is set up to print individual child data needed for EMIS entry for GGG, ASQ and ECO.  The tool has features to track and aggregate daily attendance and critical dates for health screenings.

This information is used by teachers and early childhood administrators to meet the requirements of the IMPACT Monitoring Tool and to guide planning for continuous improvement at the student, classroom and program level.
